WHO WE ARE

Rongdhonu Foundation is a family. An organization that works for the poor and the children.

On 16th December 2013, only a few members started with our footsteps. Currently, Rongdhonu Foundation is now a family of over 100 active members

Ours is an organization that is more like a family consisting of a group of friends. Almost all of us were students of different universities of Bangladesh. However, currently almost all of our members are working in different institutions in home and abroad after completing their studies. Moreover, many of our respected elder brothers and sisters are helping us with our cause in many different ways. Our goal is to bring on a smile to the face of poor and unfortunate with the little contributions we can afford from the money we make doing tuition.

We always try to reach the right people to help. We are ready to come forward in any situation of need for our nation.

We are taking our activities step by step. At first we worked on different issues at different stages. After doing all kinds of work, we have identified two major problems in our country, first one is the lack of education of the underprivileged, secondly the nutritional problem of the underprivileged. So we want to work on these two sectors, health and education. However, we emphasize more on education. But it requires all the help we can get. Your cooperation will increase the hope & scope of our activities.

We try our best to help the poor and helpless people as much as we can with our own ability or capacity. We put our maximum focus on this matter. But nothing is expected by the members against this endeavor. The best remuneration that we get is the smile on the face of the helpless people.

Not too much, we try out as much as possible from our capabilities to help the poor and helpless people. There is the highest potential of capacity to do the same. There is no demand or exchange of exchange. Our highest remuneration is to laugh at the faces of helpless people.

Every year we do different things. But our main or major objective is to take the responsibility of meritorious helpless boys& girls, that is, to bear the full cost of their education. The rest of the work is conducted through various events. They include:

• Winter Clothes Distribution
• Distribution of education facilities to poor students
• New Cloths distribution among street children in Eid
• Distribution of educational materials and Quran-Sharif in orphanages and madrasah
• Rickshaw Project
• Chocolate Festival on Valentine’s Day
• Awareness programs
• Helping the helpless patients by providing treatment
• Helping in marriage, etc.

The duration of our help is increasing day by day. We try to make friends around the neighborhood happy. Your cooperation may increase our range of help.
